Dominique Cerutti is Chairman at Adarma. He is responsible for supporting the company as it continues to scale through both organic growth and strategic acquisition. He oversees the strategic direction of Adarma, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and values.

Prior to joining Adarma, he was the Chief Executive Officer of the Altran group from June 2015 and also served as Chairman of the Board from June 2015 to April 2020.

An engineer by training, he spent over 20 years at IBM in the United States, where he contributed to the company’s strategic transformation. Notably, he served as Chief Executive Officer of IBM Global Services for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa division, and later for IBM Europe.

He then joined the global exchange group NYSE Euronext, serving as Deputy CEO and Board member before becoming Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of Euronext, where he successfully steered the company through market flotation and strategic repositioning.
