Dominique Cerutti joins Adarma to support the company as it continues to scale through both organic growth and strategic acquisition

Prior to joining Adarma, Dominique was Chief Executive Officer of the Altran group from June 2015. He was also Chairman of the Board from June 2015 to April 2020. An engineer by training, Dominique spent over 20 years at IBM in the United States, where he contributed to the company’s strategic transformation. In particular, he served as Chief Executive Officer of IBM Global Services for the Europe, Middle East, Africa division, and later for IBM Europe. He then went on to join the global exchange group NYSE Euronext, serving as Deputy CEO and Board member before becoming Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of Euronext, a multinational company which he successfully steered through market flotation and strategic repositioning.
