Rich joined Adarma in April 2023 and is responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of Adarma’s risk management, governance, and assurance activities, while also supporting our business areas manage and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.  

With over 15 years of experience, Rich has worked across various sectors including banking operations, equity investment and infrastructure fund management, guiding senior management teams with the design and execution of risk management strategy. Rich holds a BSc in Mathematics and Accounting and is CFA Charterholder.
