I joined Adarma in November 2018 as the Head of HR to lead the transformation of Adarma towards a more engaged, high performing, well-aligned and highly capable organisation.

I was attracted to Adarma because of its great mission, vision and values, as well as its ambitious growth and internal culture aspirations.

Prior to joining Adarma, I worked in Stoneridge Electronics for 7 years, – a global company operating in the commercial vehicle aftermarket space, where I was progressively responsible for all people disciplines in the UK and Europe.

I have a degree in Human Resources from University of Abertay Dundee and I am a Chartered Fellow member of the CIPD.

Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my family and explore beautiful Scotland.
