Socket End User Licence Agreement

 

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING THE SOCKET PORTAL

This licence agreement (Licence) is a legal agreement between you (Licensee or you) and Adarma Limited of Quay 1, 133 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH3 9QG (Licensor, us or we) for:

  • Access to the Socket Portal (Services).
  • Any online software applications provided as part of the Services (Software).
  • Any online documents provided as part of the Services (Documents).

We license use of the Services, Software and Documents to you on the basis of this Licence. We do not sell the Services, Software or Documents to you. We, or our licensors, remain the owners of the Services, Software and Documents at all times.

You shall have in place the Minimum Technology Requirements which for integration with our Threat Management Platform (as defined in the Statement of Work or other agreement entered into between the you and us on or around the date of this Licence (the “SOW” and as may be varied by us from time to time)).
