1. TALENT ACQUISITION SCREEN

o First up, you’ll have an informal chat with our talent acquisition team. It’s an opportunity to learn more about the role and discuss why you’re interested in applying.

o You will have the option to choose whether it will be a phone call or a video chat – our focus is on getting to know you and understanding your motivations.

 

2. 1 ST STAGE TECHNICAL / JOB SKILLS INTERVIEW

o Next, you’ll have a video assessment with a panel consisting of a technical/skills interviewer and a member of our people team.

o This session allows us to evaluate your technical abilities and job-specific skills.

o We’ll offer an optional 5-minute break at 30 minutes.

 

3. 2ND STAGE TECHNICAL / SOFT SKILLS INTERVIEW

o In this stage, you’ll either have a face-to-face interview in Edinburgh or London, or a remote video interview.

o The panel will consist of a combination of the business hiring manager, one of our subject matter experts, and a member of our people team.

o This interview is structured yet conversational, allowing for individual differences between candidates.

o Dependent on the role, you might be asked to complete a job-related task as part of the interview.

o We’ll also offer an optional 5-minute break at 30 and 60 minutes.

 

4. FINAL QUALIFIER (15 min)

o For specific positions, there’s a final qualifier conducted via video, undertaken by a senior leadership team member.

o This brief session gives you an opportunity for you to interact with our key decision-makers and discuss any final questions around the role.
