The interview stages:

1. TALENT ACQUISITION SCREENING (20/30 min)

o First up, you’ll have an informal chat with a People team member.

o It’s an opportunity to learn more about the role and discuss your experiences, skills, motivation to join Adarma.

o You will have the option to choose whether it will be a discussion over the phone or video call.

 

2. FIRST STAGE TECHNICAL / JOB SKILLS INTERVIEW (30/45 min)

o Next, you will have a video interview with a panel consisting of two members from the hiring team.

o It is an opportunity to assess your technical abilities and job-specific skills.

o We will offer an optional 5-minute break at 30 minutes.

 

3. FINAL STAGE TECHNICAL / SOFT SKILLS INTERVIEW (1 hour / 1 hour 30 min)

o In this stage, you will either have a face-to-face interview in our Edinburgh or London office, or a video call interview, with the hiring manager, one subject matter expert, or another member of the hiring team

o This stage involves the assessment of competency-based skills and can involve a job-related task.

o We will also offer an optional 5-minute break at 30 and 60 minutes.
