Customer Challenges and Requirements

Following a NIST cybersecurity framework assessment, the customer identified an urgent need to improve threat detection and response, address existing vulnerabilities, and strengthen their overall security posture.

Off-the-shelf solutions proved too rigid or generic to meet their specific challenges. The customer turned to Adarma to help shape a more focused security strategy, one that would enhance visibility across their estate, reduce risk, and support long-term cyber resilience.

Adarma’s Solution

Adarma recommended a hybrid solution combining Splunk, CrowdStrike, and Tenable technologies, tailored to meet the customer’s specific requirements.

Our dedicated onboarding team worked closely with the customer to deliver a fully integrated services partnership. All services were delivered from Adarma’s 24/7 Security Operations Centre, built on the Splunk platform and supported by a committed on-site presence.

Leveraging CrowdStrike, Adarma collaborated with the customer’s cybersecurity team to identify indicators of compromise and take remote containment or eradication actions when threats met pre-agreed criteria.

Initial investigation workshops and structured collaboration methods enabled Adarma’s SOC teams to design a service aligned with the customer’s operational needs. During this consultative process, Adarma also identified additional priorities and expanded the scope to include data analytics, SIEM support and maintenance, and proactive threat hunting.

Together, these services continue to strengthen the customer’s security posture and support long-term cyber resilience.

Outcomes Delivered

Adarma significantly increased the customer’s coverage of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and reduced time to respond to threats. The SIEM platform was optimised to deliver improved security, better performance, and greater return on investment. As a result, the customer saw measurable risk reduction and improved visibility across their digital estate. Reporting on vulnerabilities was also enhanced, enabling more effective prioritisation and remediation.

“We operate our security operations function in partnership with Adarma – their commitment to transparent and collaborative working is one we can rely on. As our business grows and our threat profile changes, we need a partner we can trust to change and adapt with us.”
