The customer’s primary objective was to modernise their Security Operations Centre (SOC) to enhance their threat management capabilities and meet evolving compliance requirements. Adarma worked closely with the customer to design and build a fully integrated SOC tailored to their needs. We led the end-to-end delivery, from discovery and planning through to deployment, aligning people, processes, and technology to meet agreed timelines and compliance requirements. This structured approach ensured a smooth transition to the new SOC without disrupting business operations.
To further strengthen the customer’s threat detection capability, we introduced a Managed Threat Modelling service. By working with key system and process owners, we helped the customer identify and assess threats in context, enabling the SOC to detect sophisticated attacks targeting critical business assets.
